Conclusion was drawn that eccentric ablation was the chief cause of muscular asthenopia after PRK, and the effective value of triple prism caused by eccentric ablation may be estimated by formula δ≈ Dh. 结论:切削偏心为PRK后肌性视疲劳的主要原因,偏心所致棱镜效应可用δ≈Dh估算;
· METHODS: The diopter, fusion, degree of phoria of patients with symptoms of muscular asthenopia after wearing presbyopic glasses were examined, and then they were diagnosed to have muscular asthenopia. 方法:对戴用近用眼镜后仍有视疲劳症状的患者,进一步检查屈光情况、隐斜度、融合力,确定为肌性视疲劳。
